Surviving life with a strong front

Surviving life with a strong front

Hello readers!

There is a survivor in each one of us. Even when we see our self in the direst of situations, we have the power to transform and make things count.

Being a negative nelly is not going to help. Our secret genius is always waiting to be tapped.

Here are some things you might like to read.

  • ACCEPT WHAT YOU CANNOT CHANGE BUT CHANGE WHAT YOU CAN.

‘How am I supposed to change my future when I can’t even change myself?’

If change is what scares you, then simply don’t!

Understand the facts of reality that fall within your sphere of interest. Those may be super easy things like what you do, what you say, what you know and what you hope.

  • THINK ABOUT THE PURPOSE.

“When a man does not know the harbor he is making for, no wind is the right wind.” – Seneca.

Ask yourself the most simple yet puzzling question, “WHY?”

It is very important that your conscience gives you the direction of your life and teaches you the clarity between the important and the unimportant. Without identifying your purpose in life, you will constantly lack the passion to do things, even when you’re ambitious.

  • SAY YES TO DETERMINATION AND NO TO EXCUSES.

Most of us just leave things on autopilot. Keep a constant check on your activities. Judge whether they will lead you to your destination. Be accountable to yourself. Temptations may come your way, but you’ve got to stay strong! Procrastination and false consolations often pave way for failure and regret.

  • CONCENTRATE ON THE STRENGTH OF YOUR CHARACTER.

Come what may, you should never compromise on your character. It is the rudiment of making up an impressive profile. Be disciplined and confident because it will never pull you down. Be true and respect your inspiration. Know yourself and enhance your skills in the right way. Simply learning anything is not enough. Your skills must support your goal. Else, they are of no use.

  • DO NOT BE AFRAID TO MAKE MISTAKES.

“If you cannot make a mistake, you cannot make anything.” – Marva Collins.

Learn to embrace your errors. They are the best mentors you will ever seek. To err is human! There is no need to panic or to feel embarrassed about wanting to be better. Mistakes are never to certify your stupidity. They are proof that you are trying. Concentrate on learning and as they say, try, try, till you succeed!

  • FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF.

How you feel about yourself is the common denominator of every aspect in life, be it home, friendship or work.

Gather the inner strength to overcome your gray days with poise. Never suffocate negative feelings. Instead, feel them, name them and they are sure to pass away.

“If you are hard as ice, you shall only break. But if you flow like water, no one can stop you!”

Let yourself free. Over thinking does too much sabotage to the mind.

You must share a healthy fellowship with positive peers. Learn to be with people who believe in you more than you ever have. They eradicate the stress and orient you towards experiencing the winning encounter.
